Regular Mini-Split Cleaning

Our regular mini-split cleaning service is designed to keep your indoor unit clean, fresh, and running properly. For this service, we remove the casing from the indoor head so we can properly access and clean the unit, instead of only wiping the outside.

We clean the entire indoor coil, filters, blower area, drain pan, and key internal areas where dust, dirt, moisture, and buildup can collect. This helps improve airflow, reduce odours, support better efficiency, and keep your mini-split working the way it should.

Each indoor head typically takes 30 to 60 minutes to clean, depending on the current condition of the unit. A well-maintained system may be quicker, while a unit with heavier dust, buildup, or odours may take longer.

While we are cleaning, we also look for obvious signs of concern such as blocked drainage, visible buildup, weak airflow, unusual odours, or anything that may need further attention.

Deep Mini-Split Cleaning

Our deep mini-split cleaning service is for systems that need a more complete cleaning inside and outside. This service includes cleaning both the indoor head and the outdoor unit/coil, helping remove dirt, dust, debris, and buildup from the main areas that affect airflow and performance.

For the indoor head, we remove the casing so we can properly access and clean the unit. We clean the entire indoor coil, filters, blower area, drain pan, and key internal areas where moisture, dirt, and odours can build up.

For the outdoor unit, we clean the outdoor coil and remove debris that can restrict airflow, such as dirt, leaves, grass clippings, dust, pollen, and buildup around the coil area. A clean outdoor coil helps the system breathe better and can reduce strain on the equipment.

A deep cleaning typically takes 60 to 90 minutes per system, depending on the current condition of the indoor head and outdoor unit. Heavily soiled systems, musty odours, blocked drainage, or outdoor debris buildup may take longer.

While we are cleaning, we also look for obvious signs of concern such as poor drainage, weak airflow, unusual odours, visible buildup, outdoor coil blockage, or anything that may need further attention.

Annual System Check-Up & Clean

Our Annual System Check-Up & Clean is designed to give your mini-split a proper yearly cleaning while also checking how the system is performing.

During this service, we clean the indoor head, including the casing, filters, entire indoor coil, blower area, drain pan, and key internal areas where dust, moisture, and buildup can collect. This helps improve airflow, reduce odours, and keep the unit clean and fresh.

We also check the running performance of your system by measuring the supply air temperature, return air temperature, and coil temperature. These readings help us see how the unit is operating and whether it appears to be heating or cooling properly.

Because of our background in refrigeration and air conditioning, we do not just clean the unit and leave. We can give you a better idea of how your mini-split is running, whether anything looks unusual, and whether further service may be needed.
